- Three business days via UPS: add $7.00
- Next business day via FedEx: add $15.00
For overnight delivery the next business day,
orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET.
FedEx orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday
11am ET will arrive on Monday. FedEx orders placed on Friday
after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.
For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii,
or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States
Shipping address options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing
address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected
on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered
with us, you can select an address from your account.
Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping to Canada
For Canadian orders, add $5 to the shipping
and handling chart above. We ship UPS Ground Service
directly to your door. Please allow 4-7 days from the
date your order was placed. Duty and taxes will be included
in your order total. For all other shipping methods,
duty and taxes are payable upon receipt.
Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling
of Duty, PST and GST, so please factor this in when placing
Shipments to PO boxes, the Yukon and Northwest Territories
are shipped via Canada Post, and duties and taxes are collected
at the door. Please allow 10-12 days from the date your order
We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada,
but we can send your package in three business days
via UPS for an extra charge of $17.00.
For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty, PST and GST where applicable.
We recommend that you ship or return via UPS or insured Parcel
Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
We're sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged, save the box and the merchandise
and notify us immediately at 1-877-4-SHUBRAH ( 1-877-474-8272)
and ask for an authorization number. The carrier will inspect
and pick up the damaged package and we will advise on replacement
of the items.
