Continental US Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the continental U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Massachusetts location, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Overnight Shipping

 We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Return Policy

Shubrah will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in salable condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Any item purchased on sale that is marked "Sale" cannot be returned for a refund or credit. Items temporarily marked down in price on promotion can be returned for a full refund under our normal return policy.

If you live in the U.S., your return must be received within 20 business days from the date you received your shipment.

If you live outside of the U.S., your return must be received within 30 business days from the date you received your shipment.

If your package was damaged, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1.781.281.9705 and ask for an authorization number. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and we will advise on replacement of the items.

How to Process a Return

We recommend that you ship or return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
